Direct award off Insulation Services Framework (KMCHNPS-038). Cavity Wall insulation Services in Kirklees District to cover immediate / urgent needs at properties throughout Kirklees. Addressing complaints where residents are experiencing issues relating to lack of or failed Cavity Wall Insulation. Experiencing coldness and increased heating bills as warmth is not retained within. On findings, extraction and re-fil of Cavity Wall Insulation will be carried out on approximately 20-25 properties within this contract
