Description
There is a requirement to undertake a combination of on site aerial surveys and office based work. These include the following activities. Survey Works • Carry out survey planning activities including the production of RAMS documentation. • Attend site on mutually agreed dates, taking into account of weather conditions, capture ground control points and perform UAS flights. • Conduct a UAS and photography survey at the sites stated above. • Post process the external UAS data to produce a photo realistic 3D surface model. • Post process the 3D surface to produce a digital terrain model (removing vegetation and other fixed objects). Computer Platform Works • Upload the processed 3D survey information captured by to a DTO platform. • Provide a new digital terrain model produced from the survey to allow clear visualisation and comparison with the previous survey within the platform. • Attend a virtual meeting with Network Rails West Coast South Geotechnical Principal Route Engineering Team and CAM Project Management Team to discuss updates after each survey. • Provide Network Rails West Coast South Geotechnical Route Engineering Team access to the D platform.
