Cambridge City Council - Corporate Security Services

To summarise, the Council is seeking an experienced contractor to provide: • Static security cover for out of hours at the Council's car parks involving: o Customer service to car parks users including face to face, over the intercom and on the telephone o Using the Council's car parking computer control equipment • Static security cover during daytime and evenings at the Council's Depot Sites involving: o Gatekeeping duties including customer service o Use of intercom and access control system • A mobile guarding service for Council car parks, Cowley Road sites, Cambridge Crematorium, Newmarket Road Cemetery, Orwell House/Orwell Furlong • Key holding services including responding to intruder and fire alarm activations • Building access to include locking and unlocking buildings • Provide additional officers for ad-hoc security requirements at Council run facilities (Sites as listed in Appendix A to the specification) TUPE may apply Payment of the Real Living Wage is a contractual requirement
