ETS Contract to identify and develop process improvements for review of Activity Level Change Reports (ALC) and determination of free allowances for the Offshore sector

The key requirement for this contract is the review of data handling and efficiency recommendations in relation to Emission Trading Scheme (ETS) ALC reports and to provide options to develop and, if agreed with OPRED, implement these recommendations. The second element is to assist with the review of up to a maximum of 50 ALC reports which is a complex task involving the manipulation of large datasets, running tests on the data using numerical tools and resolving anomalies.
