Market Engagement - Public Realm Contractor

Torbay Council is undertaking this Expression of Interest to determine the appetite in the market for procuring a contractor to construct the works as part of a public realm enhancement / regeneration scheme in the heart of Paignton, Devon. It is the Council's intention to reserve the future below-threshold opportunity for supplier's who are based or established and have substantive business operations in Devon, in line with the guidance provided under Procurement Policy Note (PPN) 11/20.
