Rutland Learning Trust - School Meals Service

The Rutland Learning Trust, Oakham CofE Primary and The Parks School are running a joint procurement process. The Schools are voluntarily following the restricted procedure as set out within the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR), however please note that this is considered a contract under the Light Touch Regime and therefore they are not obliged to follow the full scope of the PCR. They are looking for contractors to demonstrate their experience and expertise to manage the catering services for 1750 pupils across 12 primary schools and 1 special school with effect from 1st August 2021 All the schools have their own kitchen - with the exception of The Parks School (which is on the same site as Oakham Primary) Annual turnover is approximately 475,000 GBP Catering services are currently provided by three caterers. The following schools are included in this tender exercise The Rutland Learning Trust: -Ketton CofE Primary -St Nicholas CE Primary -Whissenden CE Primary -Langham CE Primary -Exton and Greetham CE Primary School -Cottesmore Academy -Uppingham CofE Primary* -Great Casterton -Glapthorn CE Primary -Polebrook CE Primary -Empingham CE Primary Oakham CofE Primary and The Parks School *Uppingham CofE Primary will join the contract on 1st August 2022
