This tender is for a catering concession arrangement for Erskine and Potters Courts. Potters Court is a block of 83 flats and opened in 2021 and Erskine Court has 54 flats and opened in 2016. Housing with care' supports residents with independent living by having a care agency on site 24 hours day. Residents will have varying degrees of care and support; all as more fully described within the suite of supporting bidding documents.
