Invitation to Tender for an independent evaluation of the BRIDGES project

BRIDGES is based within the Black Country and is part of the national Building Better Opportunities (BBO) programme which is jointly funded by the European Social Fund and the Big Lottery fund. For further information on the Building Better Opportunities Fund can be found here www.biglotteryfund.org.uk/funding/programmes/building-better-opportunities Steps to work is the Lead Organisation for BRIDGES and is contracted to ensure effective results and outcomes whilst safeguarding value for money. The project was designed, and is delivered, as a partnership with 25 organisations. The project commenced in July 2016 and will end in December 2019 . We are now seeking to procure an external evaluation to assess the effectiveness of the project and the partnership.
