Boiler and water heater Renewal at Chillerton and Rookley Primary

The Isle of Wight Council (\"the Authority\") invites tenders from suitably qualified providers (\"Tenderers\") for the renewal of the boiler and water heaters at Chillerton and RookleyPrimary. The contract is to run from the agreed start date for a period of 8 weeks. The project is to replace the schools existing boiler with a new Grant Vortex Boiler House condensing boiler (or a boiler of another make and model of equivalent quality) serving the older half of the school including the boiler plant and controls. In addition the point of use water heaters serving the toilets and kitchen shall be replaced with new water heaters and associated hot water pipework.
