Consultancy Services for the 25yr Creative Talent Plan for

The Arts Council and De Montfort University 25yr Creative Talent Plan will launch in Leicester early in 2019. Preparatory work pre-launch with participating families and cultural organisations in the city will be undertaken September-December 2018. De Montfort University (DMU) invites bids from suitably qualified consultants to work with the DMU 25yr Creative Talent Plan team to undertake preparation for the cultural programme before the cultural programmer takes up post in January 2019.
