Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Support Service for Headteachers in Sandwell

The provider will be expected to deliver a high quality and confidential support service for Headteachers working in Sandwell schools. The service should include: • 5 x peer support sessions (2 x 1:1 coaching bookending 4 x Provider facilitated peer group coaching sessions). These sessions should be prioritised for those who did not this pathway in the Phase 1 service and Senior Leaders new to Sandwell for the 2025/26 academic year. There should be provision for up to 75 senior leaders to access peer support sessions. • Core Coaching training for Headteachers to create a network of Coaches in Sandwell. Provision for up to 40 Leaders. The Contract will run from 01/09/2025 to 31/08/2026 and the value is £38,500.00 ex VAT. For information the contract date signed is 17/09/2025.
