Waste sacks and Vinyl tape supply

The Council seeks to procure the supply of waste sacks and vinyl tape for cardboard for use in the collection and disposal of waste and recycling from households, businesses, schools, street cleansing and markets. The Procurement will be in 4 lots: Lot 1 - Plastic sacks, Lot 2 - Compostable sacks, Lot 3 - Tape for cardboard, Lot 4 - Woven sack. This is a three year contract with a 2 year extension option (3+1+1), potentially extending the contract into 2028. We are seeking to establish a mutually beneficial relationship to allow the Authority to continue delivering the high levels of service to Hackney borough residents and businesses.
