Description
The Business Innovation Fund supports SMEs taking forward R&D activity, summarised as ‘the discovery of new knowledge that can be used to create products, processes or services to address an individual, group or societal need. It is where other solutions have not been considered, tested nor trialled, or where they have been, have failed, and a new approach is being attempted. The West of England Combined Authority now a seeks supplier to complete a summative assessment (aka evaluation) of the fund’s delivery to date, ensuring that the final report meets with the external funder’s/ERDF requirements.
