Description
This procurement was undertaken as a mini-competition, as detailed in Regulation 33 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Mini-competition is conducted under the Positive Behaviour Support Services Framework Agreement to deliver Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Service to service users living at Linden House. The successful provider will be expected to provide care and support as defined by the needs of individual service users and be responsible for the Health & Safety of the building. Using Linden House as an office base, the provider shall also provide the PBS intervention in a community setting or at the service users family home to up to 8 service users. The PBS interventions is intended to reduce and /or prevent escalation of needs and will enable service users to continue to live independently in a community setting or family home. The 'Call-Off' contract shall be awarded for a period of (4) four years with an option to extend for further period/periods of up to 12 months, commencing from 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2025 (if extended).
