CCS007 Provision of Strategic Partner for Children's Services

The Council is seeking a Strategic Partner who will, over the 18 month contract period, assist the Council's Childrens Services teams in the development and delivery of its key strategic themes, which include: - Development and Delivery of the Children's Services Strategy; - Development of a single Financial Strategy for Children's Services; - Delivering f effective Governance support across strategies, projects, programmes and initiatives related to change, improvement and financial sustainability; - Leading SEND Strategy Development and Delivery; and - Delivering effective Leadership Development support to Children's Services
