GB-Colchester: Redevelopment of 5-6 St Nicholas St

Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a Contractor for the redevelopment of a historic town centre retail unit, with upper parts, formally known as Jacks. The Council wishes the existing building to be redeveloped to create a new double fronted retail unit to the ground floor, with an independent residential flat to the rear, with further flats to be located on the first and second floors. In total, seven new flats for private sale, will be created. The proposal will retain the historic frontage of the building.
