Description
NHS England and NHS Improvement (NHSEI) Pharmacy Integration Fund Programme (PhIF) commissioned an organisation to work with the NHSEI Access Improvement Programme (AIP) and regional NHSEI implementation leads to support GP practices in rapidly implementing the General Practice referral route into the Community Pharmacist Consultation Service (GP CPCS). The provider will look to provide a range of effective learning solutions for GP practice care navigators and receptionists delivered through different methods and media, working with the NHSEI AIP team and NHSEI regional implementation leads. The learning solutions must appeal to all learning styles. The provider will need to produce a programme that is sufficiently adaptable to meet the needs of practices, working with leadership and whole teams, and take on board their current levels of demand and help support them make changes to daily practice. Materials should be flexible to reflect local need, linking in with any approaches which have already been developed (e.g. at ICS level).
