UKRI-4043 HV/LV Works at Daresbury Laboratory

There is an existing, established in-house maintenance and design team that operate and maintain much of the establishment's Building Services, Plant and Equipment. This contract lies within the Estates team. A structure will be shared once contract is awarded, but the main contact through the life of the contract shall be the Project Manager. The STFC Estates will support the Project but will require Design, Programme, Cost Management and Technical support from the specialist supplier to deliver the works.
