An Economic & Employment Land Study to Inform the Fareham Local Plan Review

Fareham Borough Council (the Council) is inviting proposals for an employment land study to inform the preparation of the Fareham Borough Local Plan Review. The Local Plan Review will reflect emerging housing, employment and retail needs for the next 20 years, running from 2016 until 2036. The specific purpose of this study is to ensure that a sufficient quantum and range of employment sites are provided for in the new Local Plan Review to meet the future employment needs in the Borough to 2036. The Study must provide a robust evidence base to inform the Local Plan Review, and clearly demonstrate its conformity with the National Planning Policy Framework, and current Planning Practice Guidance. A robust and thorough assessment of existing and future employment requirements in Fareham Borough to 2036 will be essential evidence to inform the preparation of the Council?s Local Plan Review.
