Description

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking tender submissions from a suitably experienced organisation to deliver Wellbeing Services for Carers that will form important elements of the Dudley Carers Hub. Carer support is seen as fundamental to Dudley Borough and one of the identified areas for investment. Delivery of services will be achieved through partnership working across social and health care services, voluntary sector and external partners. This commissioning process aims to put in place 'Wellbeing Services for Carers' that will work in liaison with Dudley Council's Carers Network Team to deliver the Dudley Carers Hub which is a 'Single Point of Access' (SPA) for all carer services. Working in partnership with Carers Hub, the service will develop and deliver a number of complimentary services for both adults and children in Dudley that will ensure a full range of services are available for all carers. The following will be specific areas of service delivery: • Information and Advice • Practical Support • Training For Carers • Health and Wellbeing • Young Carers
