The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) requires Operational Property Insurance.

Scope

Commercial tool: Standalone contract
Contract dates: The contract will commence on 1 December 2025 for an initial period of 10 months and two years, with the option to extend for up to a further two years at the sole discretion of the Council. This is to allow all Council insurance policies to align. Edinburgh Living's insurance policy expires on 20 January 2026, therefore, this cover will commence on 20 January 2026 for an initial nine months.
