MVDC ED Refurbishment Works of Swan Centre Shopping Complex and Car Park - AWARD

The design and build refurbishment works to the North side of the Swan Centre shopping centre and car park in Leatherhead Surrey. The work is split into two phases one of which must be completed by Friday 26th October, the second phase will commence in mid January and must be completed by 12th April 2019. The works include structural works to the internal stairs and external stairs, refurbishment works to the existing toilets, - including the creation of a new family room, refurbishment works to the public entrance and walkway, and construction of a new retail unit The 1st phase of works must be completed by Friday 26th October, the second phase of works will start in mid January and must be completed by early April 2019. During the works the car park and the shopping centre will remain fully operational and open to the public.
