Thrombin Generation System

The agency is looking to purchase an automated machine that can measure thrombin generation in plasma and platelet rich plasma using a fluorogenic substrate. We are under the impression that there is only one supplier which can provide this machine. Before we proceed further, I want to check, can you supply these items or equivalent? If you can do this, please feel free to email Nawaz.habib@nibsc.org to register an interest. If no submissions (by close of play 21 January 2018) of potential interest are received it is then intended to perform a direct award without competition to the sole supplier we believe can supply this machine.
