This Framework aims to compliment the speed of Modular/ Offsite Construction by providing an equally quick, easy and compliant procurement route. All suppliers will be awarded following a competitive procurement process and have the necessary insurance, policies and procedures in place to meet all statutory requirements including the applicable building regulations. Suppliers have been awarded on a Lot by Lot basis according to their own specialisms such as; contract value, sector, purchase, hire and lease. All Framework suppliers will perform work as the principal contractor and are able to offer a full range of turnkey solutions including but not limited to feasibility studies, planning applications, full architectural design, enabling works, site works, landscaping and soft landings. The Framework will be broken into the following Lots: Lot 1 - Bespoke Modular Buildings for Purchase Lot Lot 2 -Bespoke Modular Buildings for Hire Lot 3 - Modular Healthcare Units for Purchase ​ Lot 4 - Modular Healthcare Units for Hire Lot 5 - Modular Education Units for Purchase Lot 6 - Modular Education Units for Hire ​ Lot 7 - Modular Residential Accommodation for Purchase ​ Lot 8 - Modular Kitchens for Purchase & Hire; Temporary Catering Equipment for Hire
