Description
Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne & Wear NHS Foundation Trust is looking to engage an experienced public health professional/ organisation to undertake a 6-9-month fixed term contract scoping the heath inequalities experienced by people from BAME backgrounds in accessing mental health services. This project will involve working with local communities and people from black, Asian and other minority ethnic groups to identify current barriers to accessing services and begin to develop improvements to care pathways. It is proposed that NICE Quality Statement QS167 would be used as a starting point, but the project should not be limited only to the scope of this document. This would be followed by development of a co-produced strategy/action plan. Full details are available in the tender documents which are available by expressing an interest at the link below: https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=3c659d34-30e3-eb11-810d-005056b64545
