Provision of a mortuary and autopsy related pathology service to the South Manchester Coroner?s District

This tender process is being conducted in order to procure the delivery of a pathology service to include mortuary provision and pathology services to the coronial district of Greater Manchester South. The coronial district of Greater Manchester South, covers the three boroughs of Stockport, Trafford and Tameside. Stockport Council currently coordinates the resources to deliver the service on behalf of the three authorities. It is expected that the service will be delivered to the coronial district of Greater Manchester South, although the contract will be with Stockport Council as the lead authority.
