52 Merritts Way Pool Adaption & Conversion

Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing is seeking an experienced and competent contractor to adapt a bungalow, 52 Merritts Way Pool, Cornwall TR15 3TY for specialist accommodation. The intention of the scheme is to undertake the works in two phases. Phase 1 to complete the main bungalow alterations then follow on with Phase 2, the conversion of the garage to a carer's annex with kitchenette and shower room. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.
