Clapham Manor Primary School ~ Cleaning Services Tender

The successful Supplier will be required to provide cleaning services at Clapham Manor Primary School, Belmont Road, Clapham, London, SW4 0BZ. There are approximately 420 children aged 5-11 years split over two sites: the primary school is located on the main site and the nursery on the second site. Following a building extension in 2006, the overall design re-used an existing 125-year Victorian school by giving it a new lease of life by adding a new four-storey extension joined to the existing school with a glazed link building, providing access at each level. The ground floor of the new building is glazed, and three stories above are each marked by six bands of coloured glazing. The new building was nominated for the RIBA Stirling Prize, and came second.
