The University of Salford is seeking to procure the services of a contractor to demolish the existing buildings named as Horlock Court at the University's Peel Park Campus, in order to enable redevelopment of the site at a future date. The building is located at University of Salford, off University Road, Salford, M5 4NT The lowest value has been declared at £25,000 but the University does not know at this stage what the actual value might be.
