Invitation to Tender for Worcester City Plan Update

Worcester City Council is seeking to appoint Consultants to produce a city centre master plan. This will be supported by and integrated into the production of two sister strategies: - a new Worcester City Transport Strategy, led by the County Council, (which will start in September 2017); - One Public Estate (OPE) review of the City's public land and buildings, led by the City and Place Partnership, (which began in March 2017 and will complete later in the year). The Authority is using the e-procurement portal known as the Due North Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.
