20-48 Building Surveying and Project Support for MCE & BJA Schemes

Two current projects ran by require Building Surveying and Project Support. Both schemes (Marches Centre of Excellence in Healthcare, Allied Healthcare and Social Care at the Angad Paul Building, Telford Campus and extending the British Judo facility at the WA Jerome K Jerome Building at Walsall Campus) are live and external support services are required. The contract is via direct award using a call -off contract from Pagabo's 'National Framework for Professional Services in Construction and Premises' (Lot 1 - 'Complete Service Solutions). This is a sole supplier Lot with F&G being the only supplier. The form of contract is NEC4 Professional Services Contract.
