Nightly paid temporary accommodation within Daventry District Council boundaries

The Council has a statuary duty to provide temporary accommodation for people that are eligible, homeless and those with a priority need including single families. Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG) state that only where really necessary should people be placed out of area.The Council is looking to secure access to nightly paid, fixed cost, self-contained accommodation within its district. Ideally the Council is looking to secure access to a variety of properties in different locations as specified in the documentation.
