T958 Southend Common Room Refurbishment

The University of Essex is seeking tenders for a refurbishment project in which to refurbish a common area within Southend University Square building. This will include new flooring throughout; a new kitchenette installed; some ventilation updates to the laundrette and the replacement of the existing ceiling grid and lighting. Basic electrical and data works will be undertaken in line with the new layout.
