Description

Cambridgeshire County Council (the "Council") is currently anticipating procuring a Term Service Contract ("TSC"), a Professional Services Contract ("PSC") and is also potentially looking to set up a Highways Planned Maintenance Works and Major Schemes Framework ("HWSF"). These proposed three services are together referred to as the "Highways Programme". The Council is conducting this pre-market engagement exercise to engage with suppliers to provide such organisations with market information about the Highways Programme and in order to secure feedback from prospective suppliers on the proposed approach to each contract. At this time, the Council is asking suppliers to assist it in refining its understanding of market experience and capability and wishes to provide a platform for suppliers to engage.
