CWC20122 - Window Cleaning

Wolverhampton City Council and Wolverhampton Homes require a competent provider for the provision of a window cleaning service within the Wolverhampton area. The number of establishments covered and frequency of visits under the contract may vary throughout the contract period. The contract will include properties of both Wolverhampton City Council and Wolverhampton Homes. The contract will be for a period of 4 years with an option to extend for a further 1 year. The contract is expected to commence on 12 February 2021. The contract will be based on satisfactory performance of the tenderer as identified via key performance indicators. The total contract term will not exceed 5 (Five)years. This is a Wolverhampton City Council Services Contract.
