Provision of antimicrobials to the NHS in England [and Scotland] [and Wales][and Northern Ireland] via a subscription-based payment model

NHS England (referred to as the Authority), is inviting Suppliers with the appropriate Market Authorisation to respond to this invitation to tender for the provision of antimicrobial products via a subscription model contract in England - Scotland - Wales and Northern Ireland The Contract(s) for Goods/Services is due to commence on 1st April 2026. As a result of this procurement exercise an agreement will be established with successful bidder(s) that meet the evaluation criteria set out in the ITT and qualify for a contract under the Subscription Model. Contract(s) will be awarded for an initial period of the lessor of 3 years or the date at which exclusivity ends. The Authority will have the option to offer one or more extensions, however the total contract length shall not exceed the lessor of 16 years or the date at which exclusivity ends. The deadline for submission of the selection questionnaire and associated documents is 13.00pm on Thursday 12th September 2024.
