Description

Hampshire County Council are wanting to implement an Emergency Care Response (ECR) service, which is a short-term service to support adults social care settings experiencing short term staffing difficulties or failure across the Hampshire County Council (HCC) area, during the COVID-19 pandemic. The ECR Service will allow the Council to access a pool of care staff during a period of time each week to address any immediate needs related to staff shortages, allowing the provider additional time in which to overcome their difficulties or seek alternative means of support. We are gathering information from the market to find out how much interest there would be in providing this type of service. The questions within the questionnaire are being asked to help steer us in the direction that would be beneficial to the market. To respond to the questionnaire please go to https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire/aspx/Home and search for AS18936 Emergency Care Response Service Market Engagement. The questionnaire will be available to view from 04/02/2022 to 14/02/2022 9am.
