Description

This contract has already been awarded. The DLMC Programme is seeking a Design and Support Partner (DASP) to work in an openly collegiate, flexible manner with the Programme Team and the Service Delivery Agencies to deliver three key Outcomes. The contract should allow for work packages to be drawn down against these Outcomes. • Outcome One supports the Programme in the Approvals process with delivery of business case development, including evidence collation, cost modelling etc. This outcome will be required for the initial contract period but may be enduring for the option periods following successful Central Approvals. • Outcome Two completes design phase activity, including business-facing (non-technical) alpha activity if not completed by incumbent supplier, collation of discovery and alpha outputs and creation of solution options to feed into Outcome One. The Programme has approval to complete the service design phase by completion of alpha activity and further business case submission in the period until Mar 25. • Outcome Three delivers architectural support and inputs into Outcome One, documenting in ArchiMate modelling within the MOD environment. It ensures Outcome One outputs align with the High-Level Solution Architecture. This outcome will be required for the initial contract period but may be enduring for the option periods following successful Central Approvals.
