Tender for Equipment for the UKRRIN Centre of Excellence in Rolling Stock (CERS)

The University of Huddersfield ('University') is conducting a competitive procurement process under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 ('PCR 2015') to appoint a suitable provider (s) for key pieces of equipment critical to the success of The UK Rail Research and Innovation Network (\"UKKRIN\"). The University has issued a contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union (the \"OJEU\") (Tender Reference PS2018 007) in respect of this procurement which covers the following: Lot 1 - Driven Wheelset Braking and Adhesion Rig Lot 2 - Bogie Hybrid Drivetrain and Dynamics Test Rig Lot 3 - Pantograph Test Rig Lot 4 - Train Hi-fidelity On-board Motion Simulator (THOMoS) Further details regarding the requirements are included within the tender package.
