Suffolk County Council seeks to engage with the market regarding the provision of Facilities Management and Sector Specific Business Development services at the OrbisEnergy Centre in Lowestoft, Suffolk. The OrbisEnergy Centre is the Technology Hub for the offshore renewable energy and supply chain in the East Of England and is a significant landmark at Ness Point comprising of high quality, flexible office accommodation. The Council wishes to receive feedback on the draft specification and anticipated length of contract, as well as exploring any other possible opportunities for alternative uses/configuration of the existing Conference and Exhibition Facility. The deadline for responses is 28 May 2018. Any face to face meetings required as a result of the feedback will take place on 5th and 6th June 2018 in Endeavour House, Ipswich, IP1 2BX and you will be contacted to arrange a mutually convenient time slot.
