Leadership training services framework

The Learning and Development (L&D) is based in Coalville, Leicestershire. They are responsible for delivering all training and learning priorities across the organisation ranging from Induction; mandatory training, personal effectiveness skills through to leadership and management development. The current management development programme has been in place for over five years and it has serviced the business well. Now, as we embark on a new chapter of transforming our business to face new challenges and embrace new opportunities, we recognise that we also need to enhance our leadership skills across all level's management. We are looking for a leadership development framework to design and deliver a range of programmes that will enable us to drive change in the way we lead teams across EMH.
