Slimming World Voucher Scheme

The Supplier will provide a high quality and cost-effective Tier 2 weight management service for Worcestershire residents who are over the age of 16 and reside in the County of Worcestershire or have a registered GP in Worcestershire. The Supplier will provide 12 weeks of free vouchers for individuals to attend group support. This offer can be accessed by any adult (over 16) that meet specific criteria. Worcestershire County Council will purchase 2,325 vouchers at an individual cost of £53.75 exclusive of VAT, a total of £124,968.75 ex VAT (total £149,962.50 inclusive of VAT).
