TfL 95870 Auction House Services

TfL wish to appoint an Auction House to sell various properties (currently anticipated to be around ten) over the next three years, These properties will be a mixture of commercial and residential along with potentially some land disposals. All assets will be located within Greater London. The contract TfL are looking to award will be for a three year period and with an optional one year extension.
