Integrated Design and Refurbishment/Fit-Out Works

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to alert potential suppliers to an opportunity in relation to the provision of design and refurbishment/fit-out works for the Birmingham Organising Committee for the 2022 Commonwealth Games Limited (the "OC") Headquarters. The inclusion of building and facilities management services is being explored for its viability with the supply chain and to understand if market appetite exists. The OC are issuing this Request for Information (RFI) which consists of a questionnaire containing background information and a number questions requiring responses, relating to the delivery of the potential Works and Services. There is no guarantee that this RFI will result in a Competitive tender. Responding or not responding to this RFI will not affect any tender process.
