Conditions of Participation Supplies on the Railway Industry Commodity Classification List (RICCL) codes C.B.1.1: Plain Line / Install and C.D.1.3: Steel Frame / Install as of 14 April 2025 will have been sent the Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ). The Conditions of Participation in the PSQ are requirements an Applicant must meet to be considered for the contract.
