Health Board Aroma operations are still in recovery (returning to full service) The reopening process and uncertain timescales have affected the ability to tender along with Health Board resource to be able to support. Tender process is planned to commence by end of 2023 subject to the Aroma operations future plans (SC Ref:742106)
