UKHSA_Scientific_Maintenance of Optima Ultra Centrifgues

UK Health Security Agency (UK HSA) requires a 1 year service and maintenance contract for their Optima Ultra Centrifuges. The range of Ultra Centrifuges are: - Optima L-100 XP (x2) - Optima Max XP Tabletop - L8-60M The cover must include all labour, spare parts and travel required for corrective and preventative maintenance visits. The repairs must be carried out to the OEM standards. The supplier must also be able to offer remote support and (where applicable) application support and software updates.
