Provision of Security Guarding Services for the British Embassy Budapest

The contractor is required to present 3 (three) security guards on working days and to cover all ad hoc security related requests at the British Embassy Budapest. The current setup is described below: - 1 (one) unarmed security guard posted in the guard house from Monday to Thursday from 7.00 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Friday from 7.00 a.m. to 3 p.m. for monitoring CCTV camera system live screens, - 2 (two) unarmed security guard posted in the compound of the Embassy from Monday to Thursday from 7.00 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Friday from 7.00 a.m. to 3 p.m. preventing unauthorised access into the building and allowing access to those who have a genuine reason to enter the Embassy building. Occasional security guards for events held by the Embassy and for escorting external work teams as per requested.
