P4828 Housing and Economic Needs Assessment

This is a commission by High Peak Borough Council (HPBC) and the Peak District National Park Authority (PDNPA) for provision of updated evidence relating to the need for both housing and economic land in High Peak Borough. The assessment should also identify the need for different types of housing, including affordable housing, drawing on existing available evidence when available. Policy advice in relation to the above is also required. This information will be used to inform the emerging Local Plans. Tender submissions by 12:00 noon on Friday 12th November 2021
