Description

Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint a supplier for the delivery of its mandatory annual NHS Staff Survey. The requirement will be delivered by means of a full census approach, to the entire workforce of the Authority, comprising of approximately 7,352 staff members and 500 bank staff. The survey must be delivered annually between September and December through the duration of the Contract term. The survey must include a mandatory core questionnaire. In addition to this, the Authority can add optional questions to the questionnaire. These questions may be selected from the standard offerings of the Survey Coordination Centre or provided by the Authority itself. The contract term on offer is for 3-years with the option to extend for 2 further 12 month periods.
